Pastoral Associate Dianne Colborne

Dianne Colborne has recently been appointed as the Pastoral Associate for the Brighton Parish. Dianne comes to Brighton with a strong education background, having been principal of some of our Catholic primary schools here in South Australia. Dianne comes from Grafton, New South Wales, was educated in Sydney by the Josephite sisters and moved to South Australia in 1975, after having been in Darwin teaching for a few years. Dianne can now be considered a South Australian!

Dianne looks forward to, working with the people of Brighton Parish and endeavoring to get to know parishioners. Dianne believes that making connections, having positive relationships and being inclusive and welcoming is really what community is all about. Learning how to discover God and deepening the awareness of God being revealed in our daily lives is what motivates Dianne in her work. Dianne is excited about this new position as the journey will reveal more of God’s life and love in this place at this time.
